Project manager and advisor for the design of the new educational location of De Rooi Pannen Breda – Tourism & Leisure department. The modern educational facility is located in the characteristic buildings of the historic Seeligkazerne in Breda. With this new accommodation, the study programme has access to a completely modernised theory building with a practice-based brasserie ‘Reduit’.
